How to get in: Public Transport
Nagasaki has both an international as well as a domestic airport. So, it’s easy to access from any part of Japan and across world such as; Shanghai, Seoul, Tokyo and Osaka by air.

Nagasaki Peace Park & Atomic Museum:
The Nagasaki Peace Statues is the symbol of Nagasaki as a city of peace. This peace park is dedicated to the people who where killed during atomic bomb in 2nd World War. Their is a Nagasaki National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb victims.
Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum is to lean about the tragedy that led up to the dropping of the atom bomb, understand the situations during atomic bomb and their affects, history of nuclear arms development. Also their is a large fountain and many memorials presented by many governments and associations across the world. Access by tram (streetcar) from Nagasaki Sta. in just 10 min.
Huis Ten Bosch:
Huis Ten Bosch is theme park based on Dutch city. When you will visit here, you will feel like you are in Europe because of European atmosphere with its architectures, magnificent canals. colorful gardens.
There are various events throughout the year like; fireworks in summer, tulip festival in spring, Sakura season. You can relax at resorts which is divided into Theme Park Zone and Harbor Zone. Gunkajima is known as Battle Island and the formal name is Hashima. It is abandoned from 1970’s and then all of the residents left the island.

Amazing night view of the Nagasaki City. Mount Inasayama is almost the same height of Tokyo Tower i.e. 333 m high mountain and just close to Nagasaki city center. It is said that the night view from Inasayama is Japan’s top 3 best night views from the mountain. Also, their is Hikari Restaurant at the rooftop of the Mt. Inasa observation tower to enjoy lunch/dinner with incredible view.
Tourist can go at the top by car. It is recommend that go by rope-way and enjoy the amazing view of Nagasaki City in day or night! Cost are 720 Yen (one way) and 1230 Yen (round trip). Access from Nagasaki Sta. by bus/streetcar in just 10-20 min.
Oura Church (大浦天主堂):
Oura Church is a symbol of faith.‘Hidden Christian sites in Nagaski’ backed for World Heritage status in 2018. It was build in 1864 by foreign missionaries. It is Japan’s oldest exiting Church and is designated as a National Treasure.
Access from Nagasaki Station, by tram in just 30 minutes. Entrance fee 1000 Yen.
Shinchi Chinatown (長崎新地中華街):
Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown is well known for the Nagasaki Lantern Festival which begin as a Chinese New Year celebration. During Nagasaki Lantern Festival, entire Nagasaki city is illuminated by beautifully colored lanterns. Also, there are numerous performances at Shinchi Chinatown for 2 weeks.
The main events are Emperor’s Parade, Dragon Dance, Chinese Lion Dance, Chinese Acrobatics, Mazu Procession etc.. Access from Nagasaki Sta. by Nagasaki Tram in just 10-12 min and just close to Dejima

Nagasaki is best known for Nagasaki Chanpon and Sara-Udon. It is a Noodle dish and very popular around Japan.
As a souvenir or desert must try Castella. It is delicious steamed sponge cake. There are various flavored with different ingredients like; honey, green-tea (maccha), chestnuts.
